ישיבת ההסדר בית שאן הוקמה בשנת תשס"ז ע"י הרב שלמה שושן ראש הישיבה ואב"ד בבית הדין במחוז צפון. הישיבה שמה לה למטרה לחזק ולהקים עולה של "תורת ארץ ישראל" בעיר בית שאן ובעמק המעיינות. הישיבה בונה את תכניותיה על פי מושג זה שהולך ונפוץ, הולך ונבנה בדור, בצורות שונות.
